We comply with the most stringent global environmental standards to provide for production consistency and the highest levels of safety assurance.  To cope with the increasing demand in high-density designs for high-technology products, Multek is the first in China to build a dedicated, fully automated HDI facility. Having over 128 plus laser drilling machines and the longest horizontal electro-less and electrolytic copper plating line in the world, Multek has developed her capabilities to produce a minimum of 2 mils trace width & spacing and 2 mils microvia. We are renowned for our advanced state of the art equipment to be the world-class manufacturing facility for HDI production.
