Job Description

The Senior Customer Engineer will be based in Zhuhai, China.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Conduct preliminary investigation and analysis on the feedback from customers, and release 8D report in the company system (CA / RPM) if necessary.
• Organize the relevant department PE / ME to analyze the cause, find out corrective action and follow up the implementation until the case is closed.
• Prepare an 8D report to respond to the customer based on the analysis of the feedback from PE / ME.
• Organize and coordinate customer visits to the factory.
• Communicate / review customer requirements, push internal quality improvement and customer satisfaction based on customer complaints.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Bachelor degree or above.
• More than three years of PCB CQE working experience, carry out internal and external quality work independently, serving Huawei / Apple customers is preferred.
• Skilled in using 8D, QC techniques, FMEA, CP and other quality tools.
• English proficiency is preferred
