Job Description

The Business Excellence Senior Engineer will be based in Zhuhai, China.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Assist plant Business Excellence Leader to develop Lean and Six Sigma deployment plan
• Train in Lean and Six Sigma tools, coach, share and ensure usage of right tools based on Kaizen guidelines.
• Drive for Lean and Six Sigma projects to shorten manufacturing lead time, improve quality, speed up delivery and reduce cost, etc..
• Follow up Lean kaizen workshop and other kaizen activities, train and align the team towards the kaizen goals.
• Assist plant Business Excellence team to optimize the continuous improvement system to align with the LMT standard.
• Hold various activities to promote Lean and Kaizen culture.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Bachelor degree with three years’Lean or six sigma experience.
• Ability to teach Lean or Six Sigma methodology, tools and methods.
• Initiative, Systematical thinking and implementation.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Have rich project management experience to push kaizen project deployment independently and effectively.
• Strong communication skill to solve problems encountered in kaizen activities
• Love to learn new knowledge and skill to improve yourself.
