Multek Announces Update on New Manufacturing Facility in Thailand

Irvine, California – Multek Technology, Inc., a global leader in printed circuit board technology and value-added manufacturing, today announced that Phase I construction of its new facility in Thailand is tentatively planned to be completed by Q1 2025, marking a significant milestone in the company's manufacturing expansion strategy. The new facility, in the Rojana Nongyai Industrial Park, Chonburi, Thailand, is poised to enhance Multek's capabilities and provide additional manufacturing solutions to its customers worldwide.

From the time we broke ground on the Thailand facility in October 2023, the company has achieved significant progress toward the completion of Phase I construction. Multek currently anticipates commencing qualification builds by the end of Q4 2024, with full Phase I production readiness expected by Q1 2025. The Thailand facility will also allow for additional capacity expansion already being considered for future phases of development.

Several key factors contributed to the selection of Thailand, including its robust infrastructure and the availability of a skilled labor force. Furthermore, Thailand's strategic location near major import and export hubs provides logistical advantages that will streamline Multek's supply chain operations.

Multek remains steadfast in its commitment to addressing the needs of its customers in an evolving global marketplace. We look forward to the continued progress of the construction and the opportunities it will bring for both Multek and its valued customers.
